1. Responsibility for Damages:

   ○ We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle prior to performing the service.
   ○ It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery.
   This is the ideal moment to report any dissatisfaction or request adjustments.
   ○ Once the vehicle is accepted, PC DETAILING will not be held responsible for any future complaints.
   
   

2. Cancellations:

   ○ If you cancel the service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total service cost will apply.
   ○ This fee is non-refundable.
   
   

3. Call and Message Recording:

   ○ All calls and messages will be recorded and monitored for quality control purposes.
